Cloud & infrastructure spend
Reduced annual spend through multi-cloud FinOps, usage audits and automated right-sizing.
I lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, service delivery and ITSM organizations where reliability, cost and operational risk matter. At Verizon, I led a 36-person U.S./India organization supporting 2,000+ users and 110+ mission-critical workloads across a $5M technology portfolio.
The outcomes below are drawn directly from my leadership record at Verizon.
Reduced annual spend through multi-cloud FinOps, usage audits and automated right-sizing.
Eliminated redundant licenses and overlapping third-party contracts across three vendor agreements.
Led P1–P3 response and strengthened incident, problem, change and configuration governance.
Improved operational response across 110+ workloads while handling customer, business and executive escalations.
Reduced incidents through security governance, recurring reviews and clear remediation ownership.
Used quarterly executive business reviews and contract risk scoring to strengthen vendor accountability.
My leadership scope has combined enterprise operations with modernization and executive accountability.
I came up through field engineering and moved through four Verizon roles over 13 years. That progression lets me connect engineering reality with executive decisions on reliability, cost, risk and delivery. I have led cloud migration, application modernization, monitoring, ITSM governance, security governance and FinOps under one operating roadmap.
Hybrid and multi-cloud operations across AWS and GCP, data centers and VMware. Modernized VMware across 1,000+ hosts with zero facility-level outages.
Grafana, Elasticsearch, alerting, anomaly detection, tracing, P1–P3 response and executive escalation leadership across enterprise workloads.
